The hotel was conveniently located close to the pool and offered good value at the restaurants. Although I was okay with the room, I was a bit disappointed that a better view or room upgrade wasn't available given my status. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but could use some sprucing up and upgrades.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were nice, large, and relatively modern, with a nice balcony looking out to the golf course and mountain range. However, the room wasn't fully serviced during my 4-night stay even after requesting it, and there were maintenance issues with the door in front of the fridge. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was great, right opposite the casino and restaurants. The service was exceptional, with staff members going out of their way to assist me. However, the lighting system in the room was a bit inconvenient, and the dining experience could be improved.
